INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Orders shipping outside of the United States)
Cheetah Stand has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Cheetah Stand. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
To check the status of your order or track your package, please login to your International Checkout account at: https://www.internationalcheckout.com/login.php.

Return Policy for non-U.S. orders

CheetahStand will accept returns on orders shipped outside of the United States, however the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us. You must obtain an RMA Number through the CheetahStand website before returning items. See the Returns section of the Contact Us page for details on obtaining and RMA Number.


Warranties for non-U.S. orders

We honor applicable warranties on all products shipped outside of the United States, however the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us and the cost of having any repaired or replacement items shipped back to non-U.S. address. You must obtain an RMA Number through the CheetahStand website before returning items for warranty purposes. See the Warranty Service section of the Contact Us page for details on obtaining and RMA Number.


Damaged Shipments for non-U.S. orders
If an item has been damaged during shipment, please contact International Checkout at:

As part of our agreement with International Checkout, CheetahStand does not handle shipping issues on non-U.S. orders. CheetahStand cannot respond to requests for this type of issue.
