Godox Flash Repair Policy Terms & Conditions.

We service US customers only.

Please make sure you understand these Terms & Conditions before completing the Godox Flash Repair Service Form.

This is only repair service. Please contact the original seller for warranty service.

We provide service for the following models:
Godox AD200 / Flashpoint eVOLV 200 / Cheetah CL-200X
Godox AD600BM / Flashpoint XPLOR 600 / Cheetah CL-600X
Godox V860II / Flashpoint Zoom Li-on R2 / Cheetah CL-V860X (Nikon, Canon and Sony versions only)
Godox AD360 / Flashpoint Streaklight 360 / Cheetah CL-360
Godox AD360II / Flashpoint Streaklight 360 TTL / Cheetah CL-360X (Nikon and Canon versions only)


Repair Process

  • Complete the Godox Flash Repair Request Form
  • Not all products or problems can be repaired. Do not send anything in for repair until you have received an RMA#.
  • We will generally do an assessment by phone, email or video chat to isolate the problem and determine if repairs are possible.
  • After this determination has been made, we will issue the RMA# and provide an address where the items can be shipped.
  • Once an RMA# is issued, items must be postmarked within 14 days of that date.
  • We will also tell you which accessories need to be included in order to complete the repairs.
  • Please do not ship any other items because we cannot guarantee that unnecessary items will be returned to you.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that we receive the equipment, please ship via a method that provides a tracking number.
  • Keep the tracking number for your records

  • Repair Costs
    We will contact you and provide a quote before proceeding with any repairs.
    If you give permission to do the repairs, all charges must be pre-paid before the repairs are done.
    If you decide not to do the repairs, you are responsible for the return shipping charges if you want the product returned.

    Repair Policy Terms & Conditions

    Please make sure you understand these Terms & Conditions before completing the Repair Service Form.

    CheetahStand is able to do repairs on CheetahStand and CheetahLight branded products.
    In addition, we can do repairs on select Godox, Flashpoint and Neewer branded lights.

    This service is for out-of-warranty products only. Refer to our
    Warranty Service if your product is under warranty.

    Repair Process

    Returns
     

    Return Policy Terms & Conditions

    Please make sure you understand these Terms & Conditions before completing the Return Form.


    Return requests must be made within 20 days from the day you received the product.
    We cannot process your return without the invoice number.
    We do not accept returns on items that have been used and are not in salable condition. No refund will be issued.

    Costs that may be deducted from your refund
    For unopened/unused item, we will issue 100% refund for the item. We will not refund any shipping fees.
    When returning an item that was shipped for free, we will subtract our original shipping cost from the refund.
    For opened/used items there is a 20% restocking fee.
    Customer is responsible for the cost to ship the item back to CheetahStand.

    Return Process (Note: All items returned for a refund must include an RMA number.)
    Please fill out the RMA form below and we will reply with an RMA number within 3 business days.
    After you complete the RMA form, we will email you the address where the product needs to be shipped, along with the RMA#.
    After you receive the RMA #, please return the item(s) back to us with the RMA # included (both outside and inside the return package).
    The return must be postmarked within 7 days from the date the RMA# was issued.
    Returned items without the RMA # inside the box will not be accepted.
    You must use a shipping method that supplies a tracking number.
    Please keep your return tracking info for your records. We are not responsible for returns that were lost in the mail.

    Exchanges
    We do not offer exchanges. You can return products within the allotted time period and purchase other products separately.

    Warranty Service
     

    Please make sure you understand these Terms & Conditions before completing the Warranty Service Service Form.

    As of January 1, 2018, all products made by CheetahStand have 1 year warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase. Items sold before January 1, 2018 carry a 6 month warranty.

    The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is void if your product was purchased from another person.

    For warranty service, the customer pays the shipping back to us. When the warranty service is complete, we will pay for the shipping back to you.

    All warranty service must include an RMA number. Please fill out the RMA form and we will reply with an RMA number within 3 business days. You will need to include the RMA number in the package when you ship back to us..

    Please keep your return tracking info for your own record. We are not responsible for returns that were lost in the mail.

    After you receive the RMA #, please return the item(s) back to us with the RMA # included (both outside and inside the return package) postmarked within 10 business days to the following address:
