CheetahStand C8 is 3 Section Aluminum Stand that extends from 29" to 96" in height and collapses to 28.5" for storage. The footprint is 32" in diameter. It will support up to 6 lbs. Weighs 3.2 lbs. The CheetahStand C8 light stand sets up automatically. When used on hard, level surfaces the legs will automatically open when set down and close when picked up. The lightweight three-section CheetahStand offers quick setups and re-positioning. Whenever you have to move a light, just lift it. The legs automatically collapse, making it easy to move safely through a crowded room without putting down your camera. The CheetahStand C8 is recommended for portable, shoe-mounted flash units or small monolights or LED's. CheetahStands are not designed to work on uneven ground or grass.

I've been using a cheeta stands for nearly 4 years now. Its is sturdy, amzing stands. after using it, I never lloked back at any other stands.
