RMA Form for Return/Refund and for Warranty Service

Return Policy:

  • Refund request must be made within 20 days from the invoice date or 10 days from the day you received the product.

  • We cannot process your warranty service/return without the invoice number.

  • For unopened/unused item, we will issue 100% refund less the shipping cost.
    For free shipping item return, we'll issue the refund minus the shipping cost when we ship to you.

  • For opened/used item there is a 20% restocking fee plus the shipping cost.

  • We do not offer exchange. You can return the product within time period.

Warranty Service:

All products made by CheetahStand have 6 month warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase. 

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is void if your product was purchased from another person. 

For warranty service and return for refund  customer pays the shipping back to us after warranty service is done, we will pay for the shipping back to you.

All returns/warranty service must include an RMA number. Please fill out the RMA form and we will reply with an RMA number within 3 business days. You will need to include the RMA number in the package when you ship back to us..

Please keep your return tracking info for your own record. We are not responsible for returns that were lost in the mail.

After you receive the RMA #, please return the item(s) back to us with the RMA # included (both outside and inside the return package) within 10 business days(postmark) to the following address:

Return for refund or warranty service without the RMA # inside the box will not be accepted.
