It will work with either 4AA or 8AA batteries. It comes with a belt pouch and a screw to mount the pack on the bottom of your camera. In our testing with NiMH batteries we got over 350 full power flashes with recycle times of under 1 second on our Canon 580EX. You will also need 4AA batteries in the flash to power the electronics, but the actual charging of the flash will come from the battery pack. The Canon battery pack is similar to the Canon CP-E4 and the Nikon packs are similar to SD-8a and SD-9 battery packs.Comes with fast US based shipping, service, and support. There are three models to choose from, make sure you pick the one that is compatible with your flash.
