Product Service/Repair

Please use this form if you need repair service on products that are out of warranty or if the problem is not caused by factory's defect such as water damage, product was dropped, etc.
Here are the steps to request repair service:
  1. Fill out the form below
  2. We issue you an RMA #
  3. Ship the item to us with the RMA# included inside that package:

    Please keep the tracking information. We are not responsible if the item is lost in the mail.
  4. We will contact you with a quote for the cost of repair (labor, parts, return shipping) and estimated time.
  5. If you approve, we will collect payment and start the repair process.
  6. If you don't approve, we will ship the item back to you. The only fee that you are responsible is the return shipping fee.
